01Enrollment-Time Referral Discount
- Available when you enroll and refer at the same time
- 1% fee discount per referred candidate
- Same 1% discount applies to each referred candidate
- Valid only at the time of enrollment
- Maximum 10 referrals
- Maximum discount capped at 10%
Example:
- 4 referrals → 4% discount for everyone
- 10 referrals → 10% discount for everyone

02Referral Benefits After 10 Referrals
- Discounts stop after 10 referrals
- From the 11th referral onward, earn $500 per candidate
- Reward is paid after the candidate gets placed
- Candidate must begin post-payment installments

03Referral Rewards for Non-Enrolled Individuals
- Enrollment with Aspire is not required
- Earn $500 per successful referral
- Payment released after job placement
- Candidate must start post-payment installments

04Referral Call Closure Incentive
- Earn $100 per successful enrollment
- Applicable if you help close the referral enrollment call
- Closure must be verified by Aspire’s enrollment team
- Payment released after enrollment confirmation
Payment Rules & Conditions
Important
Guidelines
- Referral benefits (discount or cash reward) apply per referred candidate, one time only.
- A single referral cannot be used for multiple benefits.
- Discount benefits and cash rewards cannot be combined for the same referral.
- Referral discounts are applicable only at the time of enrollment.
- Discounts cannot be added or adjusted later.
- Cash rewards are payable only after successful job placement.
- Rewards are released after the referred candidate begins post-payment installments.
- No referral payment applies for interviews, shortlisting, or offer letters without joining.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable.
- Rewards cannot be adjusted against future fees.
- All payments are subject to internal verification and approval by Aspire Jobs.
- Aspire Jobs may validate referral ownership via call records, emails, or system logs.
- In case of multiple claims, the reward is granted only to the first verified referrer.
- Aspire Jobs reserves the right to approve, delay, or decline payouts in case of policy violations or misrepresentation.
- Referral payments are subject to applicable taxes and compliance requirements.
- Aspire Jobs may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time.
- Final interpretation and decision authority remains with Aspire Jobs.
